Finding a counselor can feel like a big, even scary, first step in the journey toward healing, and I want to honor the courage it took to take it.
My name is Alyssa, and I'll be opening my private practice in January 2027 as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC). I believe healing happens in relationship, so our work together will focus on understanding your story, building real insight, and finding practical tools that help you feel steadier, stronger, and more connected to yourself and the people you love.
In our sessions together, we will explore your story, honor your strengths, work towards your goals, and uncover meaning even in places that feel painful or uncertain.
